Oh My Goodness – these are so yummy and so simple!
Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, agave and a healthy oil…that’s it! A healthy delicious snack full of protein. Add to any salad and enjoy!
Roasted Pumpkin and Sesame Seeds
- 2 & 1/2 cups Pumpkin seeds (I use green pumpkin seeds or pepita’s)
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons Grape Seed oil or any healthy oil
- 1 heaping tablespoon Agave or 1 1/2 tablespoons
Mix above and spread on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake at 300 for 40 minutes
